Our YG Montreal Home Inspection Process

Our certified home inspection process involves a detailed evaluation of the property to identify visible defects, safety concerns and building deficiencies before purchase. We then write an
inspection report
indicating what the deficiencies are and the work that needs to be done. We will give recommendations in terms of standard maintenance or even major repairs. Our role is to provide our clients with the information and context needed to allow them to renegotiate the price, perform the necessary repair work or to have specialists or contractors come in to do the work. Once the home inspection is complete, the client will have a good idea of what will need to be done for the next step.

Protect yourself against problems
that could result in major expenses.

Yevgeny Govshievich holds professional memberships and certifications including:

Standard BNQ 3009-500
